— a certificate from a veterinarian (veterinary passport) with a vaccination record for your pet;
— keep pets on a leash when moving around the hotel grounds, and, if necessary, wear a muzzle or a special cage;
— ensure that pets are not present in the room while hotel staff are cleaning it or during renovations.
Prohibited:
— taking pets to the restaurant and other common areas of the hotel;
— feeding pets from hotel dishes;
— washing pets in showers and bathrooms in the room, or using hotel towels, sheets, and other bedding for pet hygiene;
— grooming pets in the room or leaving a pet unattended in the room on hotel grounds.
The administration reserves the right to require a guest staying with a pet to leave the hotel if their pet exhibits aggressive, inappropriate, or noisy behavior.
